How the Service Works
myKADR generates professional AI portraits based on photos you upload. The process includes:

Content Rights
Photos you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to process and generate portraits solely for your order.
Generated images are delivered to you for personal professional use — resumes, career platforms, business profiles, and company websites.
Limitations and Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

- —Exact visual similarity to your original photos
- —Uninterrupted service availability
Output quality directly depends on the quality of photos you provide.
AI-Generated Content
All portraits are produced by artificial intelligence. These are not traditional photographs.
When using them professionally, we recommend disclosing that images are AI-generated, in accordance with platform requirements.
Refund Policy
A refund is available if a technical error prevented the service from completing your order, provided you contact us within 7 days.
Refunds are not provided for preferences or subjective expectations — output quality depends on the photos provided by the user.
Prohibited Use
- —Uploading photos of others without their explicit consent
- —Using outputs to create fake documents or deepfakes
- —Using the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- —Any violation of applicable law
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the materials you upload, their origin and usage rights, and for using generated images in compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
